✅ Return Eligibility
You may return your item within the applicable guarantee period if:
- The item is unused and in original condition, or
- The item was tested but did not meet your expectations
- The item must include all original parts and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

📌 Replacements
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not working as expected, we will send a free replacement or offer a refund.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for fastest resolution.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available if:
• The shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect
• The tracking shows “Delivered” and more than 7 days passed before contacting us
• The item was intentionally damaged after delivery
• The return request is made outside the guarantee period
